Welcome to XOSystem XOSIDE. Your privacy is of fundamental importance to us.
This policy explains how (or rather, how not) your data is handled within our application and our website.

1. No Collection of Personal Data XOSIDE is a completely free application and does not require any user registration. You will never be asked to enter your name, email address, password, or any kind of personal information. We do not track your coding activity or profile your usage habits.

2. Handling of Project Files and Code The core principle of XOSIDE is isolation: Local Storage: All the data of your software's architecture (the node hierarchy and source code) lives exclusively in the .json file you choose to save on your computer or in your local File System folder. No Centralized Cloud: XOSystem does not store, read, or have any kind of access to the project files or code you write within the IDE.

3. Server Connection (Upload and Compilation) When you use the compilation and upload features to a remote server (via the service.php backend file), communication takes place exclusively and directly between your browser and the endpoint you configure in the Inspector (e.g., your own web server). No data passes through or is stored on any intermediate servers owned by us.

4. Cookies and Browsing Data Our website does not use profiling or advertising tracking cookies. We may use only technical cookies or local storage settings (LocalStorage) to remember your interface preferences (for example, the dark_theme selection or the layout of resizable panels). The logs of the web server hosting the site may record standard technical data (such as IP address or browser type) solely for security purposes and protection against cyberattacks, handled automatically and periodically deleted.

5. Changes to This Policy Should the application, in the future, integrate account systems, cloud synchronization, or other features requiring the processing of personal data, this policy will be promptly updated and clearly communicated within the Workspace.
